"We chose HSM Don Juan based on great price for half-board through Hotels.com, also due to convenient location and for parking space but we got much more out of it! All the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic both in selection and in taste, so we really enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn't adequate for the outdoor pool but never mind. Cleanliness was really good, although the room walls are very thin (possibly the only negative mark for us). Thanks."

"Although there us some room for improvements, such as the entertainment team could do more activities including some within the pool. Amazing focus on Kids at the hotel and it ensures they are kept entertained. Rooms where large and consisted of 2 sections making it a 1 room appartment almost. Showers are great. Food is adequate, as well as the service. Everyone was very polite. Location is good too, only a short walk to the beach *5mins* Pools where beyond expectations with plenty of space...

"The food was amazing, position to both the strip and Palma nova ideal . It’s on a steep slope so challenging for wheelchair access, ok once you are in the hotel , it’s beautiful and I’d recommend it for cleanliness and food plus location."

"Hôtel teix est le pire hôtel que je connaisse en effet condition d hygiène déplorable , pas de ménage ni de serviettes en plus , quand au changement des draps il faut négocié,pas de climatisation et pas de ventilateur à pars si vous payé en plus. De plus le petit déjeuné est une catastrophe , la piscine sal et la chambre vestuste ,. Je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel ou différent soucis avec le personnel et des vols dans l'hôtel. Cet endroit est à banir ou alors devrait revoir ses prix...
