"Clean, large, comfortable room. Huge bathroom with lovely powerful shower. Easy to get into central London via overground from Cricklewood station. Friendly, helpful staff."

"Horrible place! Beware! When you open the door, you can tell immediately that they don't clean this place enough. I've stayed at some nasty places in London but this takes the price! Got into the room, looked nothing like the images. Immediately put bags in bathroom to check out the bed. Found bed bug droppings, although I think they've been vaccuuming the mattress in attempts to hide it. The mattress was also very unclean. Of course, no refunds. So save yourself a headache and don't book...
