"When I checked in the staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely. I would especially like to give a nice shout out to Lume for her help in finding a great room for me. She was a pleasure to deal with and Ramona was very kind as well. The room was absolutely wonderful, clean and quiet. Hotel is right on the Albert Embankment, so a nice walk can be had in either direction. Vauxhall tube and bus depot is less then 10 minutes away so transport is easy. "From the moment we arrived we were welcomed, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were brilliant and really well equipped..we had a kitchette. The facilities were brilliant, the breakfast was great, good selection and tea / coffees were available at all times. Plus the dining room in the evenings for a chat and play games, a selection was provided, along with books.. It was conveniently positioned, just a short walk from train station, the other side of the park, which had a lit...

"Lovely clean room, furnished minimally just like I like, comfortable bed , clean bathroom , hot water, nice towels and bedding , great location, the only thing for us was we had noisy neighbours the first night but would recommend this place and would stay again."
