"When I arrived at the hotel by a taxi, I had trouble with paying the driver as I only had a credit card which was not an acceptable method. One of the hotel staff helped me with the payment! I really appreciated it. Many of the staff members didn’t speak English, but they were so courteous and very helpful. The hotel was gorgeous. The hotel room was spacious. I liked it very much."
