"Great location but in case you need to escape via the stairs there is no signage where to exit when walking down the stairs. I ended up (the lift didn’t work) in the courtyard but the gates were locked and the doors to lobby were locked. The balcony railings and upstand are not safe, kids can step and climb in it. No pot with water/sand for smokers outside. "

"O quarto em que fiquei não se parecia nem de longe com o que aluguei no site, quarto escuro pois muitas lampadas estavam queimadas, sujo, piscina com as paredes cheia de crosta, suja, no quarto os estofados sujos velhos e rasgados, a cabeceira da cama que tb é de tecido estava rasgada e muito suja tivemos que colocar um lençol pra não ficar vendo ela. Depois de 40 minutos instalados aparece uma funcionária querendo que façamos o pagamento naquele momento. Isso foi muito inconveniente. As 6h da...

"O Hotel fica proximo da empresa que precisei ir. Proximo do hotel tem varias opções de alimentação inclusive um shopping. Para uma semana de trabalho ou para passar uma noite achei otimo. Não recomendaria para familia, mas para trabalho sem problemas. Destaque para todos os funcionarios que são super prestativos e educados!! Com toda certeza voltarei. "

"I stayed a couple nights at this hotel in mid October 2 years after a previous trip in which I stayed for about 5 days over a weekend in late February. Perhaps they were just in the process of getting ready for the warm season this time but the service was slow and the pool area needed some attention. This IS a beautiful hotel and the staff is extremely friendly; I will stay here again."
