The front desk could not figure out a booking made on Expedia! Took us more than 30 min to check in and we had to come down two times to talk to them because the key would not work. Also they wanted to make us pay the already paid booking.

It took 4 days to get my cleaning back and the desk was mostly helpful but one desk party was antagonistic with me about my concerns. Room cleaning and the restaurant staff were very nice. I woul not stay again - picked the brand as it is normally a good brand and location. This time location was poor with homeless on the streets.

Hotel e conforto muito bom, mas o atendimento na recepção no momento da entrada foi um dos piores que já vi! Fiquei mais de 1h fazendo check in de 3 pessoas, porque a recepcionista deletava tudo que eu tinha preenchido no check in online e escrevia tudo de novo, sem contar que era apenas uma atendendo para uma fila enorme.

Banheiro com muito mau cheiro e água quase fria para o banho, porta do box nao fecha direito e o banheiro fica todo molhado. Muito cabelo no banheiro e no quarto. TV com imagem muito ruim. Sem aquecimento no quarto.
