As ruas ao redor do hotel são medonhas, muitas casas com aparência de abandonadas, muitos andarilhos. O quarto é espaçoso, mas não souberam aproveitar todo esse espaço, o chuveiro fica junto da banheira que é alta e de difícil acesso. O torneira da banheira não funciona. O vaso sanitário fica atrás da porta do banheiro, o que me causou um leve acidente. As toalhas tinham cheiro de queimadas. A cama é de casal e a cabeceira para tamanho king, o que dificultou usar a mesa de cabeceira. O interruptor do ar-condicionado fica no meio da cabeceira e na altura do colchão e acontecia de várias vez desligar acidentalmente o ar-condicionado.

Fuja enquanto pode!

Minha estada neste hotel foi profundamente decepcionante. A localização é extremamente perigosa, situada em uma área com intensa circulação de pessoas em situação de dependência química durante a noite, o que comprometeu completamente a sensação de segurança. A estrutura do hotel é tão ruim quanto sua localização. O prédio é visivelmente antigo e mal conservado. O banheiro tinha vazamentos e mofo no teto, e a banheira era alta e de difícil acesso, causando desconforto. As toalhas fornecidas estavam muito desgastadas, quase inúteis. Além disso, o ar-condicionado não funcionava adequadamente, deixando o ambiente desconfortável. As acomodações são ultrapassadas e desatualizadas, reforçando a impressão de descaso. Para piorar, os profissionais do turno da noite demonstraram despreparo e pouca competência no atendimento. É lamentável que um hotel nessas condições ainda esteja operando. Não recomendo, especialmente para quem busca segurança, conforto e qualidade mínima nos serviços.

Sempre fico nesse hotel a trabalho último reserva solicitei para casal com cama de casal me colocaram em uma cama de solteiro com meu companheiro... pedi a troca o rapaz da recepção falou que nao tinha como pois estava lotado o hotel eu informei que o quarto nao estava com ar funcionando e a cama estava desarrumada e banheiro com papel ... o rapaz da recepção falou que nao tinha oque fazer que eu iria ter que ficar com esse quarto mesmo sendo prejudicada .... nao me deram uma opção naada ... sempre fico la ha trabalho e dessa vez me senti muito prejudicada mal atendida. Infelizmente nao obtive um boa experiência dessa vez .
