Hotel ruim. Imagens da Internet não correspondem à realidade. Quartos cheiram mal. Banheiros velhos, quebrados e chuveiro sem funcionar direito. Pre-check in pela internet falho, pois ao chegar ao hotel o atendimento é péssimo. Funcionários perdidos. Impressora sem tinta. Má vontade de atender ao hóspede. Descortesia. Falta de informações adequadas. E pra piorar é longe do aeroporto de Campinas. NÃO RECOMENDO. ESPERO NUNCA MAS ME HOSPEDAR NESSE HOTEL.
