O rapaz que estava atendendo no café da manhã foi bem rude conosco. Quando chegamos no salão às mesas estavam todas sujas e pedimos para ele limpar. Ele disse que não tinha tempo de fazer isto e nós mesmo tivemos que limpar a mesa para poder tomar o café da manhã

Ruim. Muito, muito ruim!
Atendimento péssimo, não foi atendido nenhuma solicitação que fiz (travesseiro extra, check in antecipado). Fora isso, destaco aqui a surpreendente má vontade, displicência e falta de responsabilidade do atendimento na recepção, principalmente de algumas moças. O tal do pré check in não serve de absolutamente nada pois a demora na liberação na chegada foi muito grande. Fiz tudo novamente aquilo que já tinha feito no pre check in. Demora para buscar o carro, mesmo pagando o absurdo do que é cobrado pelo estacionamento, o carro demorou quase 15 minutos para ser trazido. Elevador quebrado e o unico que estava funcionando estava em condições precárias, estalando e sem indicação de andar na parte de dentro. Preço elevadíssimo para um hotel dessa categoria, o valor deveria ser de no máximo 1/5 do que foi cobrado - para um hotel desses que sequer tem serviço de quarto, 1/5 do valor que eles cobram ainda é caro.
