"The hotel is beautiful and I was lucky to get a room right on the canal with a great view. The rooms were well decorated. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant - there are so many Italian restaurants in that area and this one is supposed to be essentially a new spin on classics but the best part about my meal was the bread - and that's because bread is always good."

"I have been to Hamburg a few times, and this hotel always catches my eye. The name is actually special to me. This trip, I decided to spend a few nights here. The stay was amazing. The check in was quick and the receptionist was super helpful with the layout of the hotel. I had help getting my bags to my room, which was more than helpful. I love the mini bar, well stocked.
