"I had an extremely disappointing experience when I booked a stay at this property. After arriving at Nairobi airport, I took an Uber to the location, arriving just around midnight. Upon arrival, we waited at the gate for approximately 15 minutes before a man came out. He appeared either upset or as though he had been woken up, and immediately demanded to know if the reservation had been paid. I showed him proof of payment through the Hotels.com app, but he continued to scrutinize it, seemingly...

"Rooms are ok, but starting at 5a.m. the taxi drivers go crazy in front of the hotel and start to honk like nothing. No more chance to sleep."

However, the hotel should supply amenities in the room like toothbrush and toothpaste, little shampoo and conditioner. The internet was definitely not adequate in the room, but was quite stable in the lounge. It should be improved. I would recommend Brimak Hotel to friends. "
