The checkin process is swift and the reception area combines a chillout area, with free hot drinks and a small shop. The rooms are well designed with dyson, yes dyson accessories which is very unusual for the price range of the venue. Even 5* venues dont even have dyson accessories. "We were terribly disappointed to be kept all night from the room next door having a room party. I contacted reception at 3:30am and 05:00am who did ask the guest to quieten down, which they did for ten minutes then the music went back on. We literally had no sleep the entire night. The radiator wasn't working so had a plug in heater. No hand tissues in the bathroom. Cleanliness was poor."
