"We loved our stay here, couldn't fault a thing. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast, big selection to choose from and all well stocked, clean and tidy. My daughter has already planned to have the waffles when we stay again. Fantastic location for the Arena, took about 10 minutes to walk with a 2 year old. Room was clean and tidy and we opted for no window room, the bed was comfortable and overall liked everything provided. "The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water but the pressure was not as good as at other hotels we have stayed at but was still okay. Our room was near the lift so had the constant lift ding all night plus the sound of other guests talking in the hall. Other than that there was no exterior road noise to be heard.
