But in my booking document I only need to pay AU12.45 for city tax plus tourism fee at the property. Ibis asked me to contact my booking agent who only said I need to pay the city tax. "This place is a student residence property but it was surprisingly quiet we had no problems with noise. It was also good to see a lot of student movement which gave it a safe environment around the area. The room is spacious and if you need a blow dryer you can ask at reception. It is not near the duomo but you can take a metro line which is a block away from the place. Overall good for price."

"This hotel is exactly what it says it is. It’s a clean room with a good bed and a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom was kept very clean. It is very close to bus, tram, and metro lines to get around Milan and the proximity to Linate Aeroporto is very convenient. It’s basic but it’s a good option for solo travelers who want more privacy than a hostel or travelers who have an early flight out of Linate. "

"Absolutely horrible customer service. After a long trip we arrived at hotel late at 1.30am. They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. The bathroom had a really bad smell. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. "
