"Hotel was good, but very busy and restaurant seperate to main hotel.would of rather stayed in Main hotel to seperate apartments. Noisy late guests arriving in the early hours. Bedroom clean, but very basic. Have stayed in nicer hotels."

"From the moment we stepped into Malmaison to leaving fantastic service. We were upgraded to a club room and gifted a free drink voucher too at check in which was such a wonderful touch. When checking out the lady was warm and very friendly and even manged to find out what that amazing smell is that they pump round the hotel is. So thats just cost my husband a bit extra as just brought Arran scent for the home. Thank you to the hotel staff as they made our stay so relaxing, just what we needed. ...
