"The location was close to lilavati hospital which was very convenient for me and family. The staff and all of reception were polite and accommodating. The food at their restaurant was nice, a bit inconsistent, and the view from the restaurant terrace was excellent. Overall the room was old, had a smell and paint peeling off various parts. The rooms, lobby is in need of an update. "

"The size of the room was rather small. There was a bad smell in the room, even after they ‘sprayed’ it . When I booked the hotel through Hotels.com which stated that there was breakfast included, they didn’t honor that and asked us to buy the breakfast! There was no coffee pot in our room, when we asked for one they told us that our room didn’t come with one. Not included in the booking price! There was a TV, but it didn’t work although some one tried to fix it. Overall they don’t seem to care !"

"Though centrally located in Bandra, Mumbai, the service apartment (as they call themselves) is hardly upto the mark. Poor service, unavailability of basics (TV and steam iron did not work), no tea/coffee supplies in the room (they gave a hotpot when asked), small cockroaches in the bathroom, no bill on check out....these did not create a customer friendly experience. "
