"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...

"Worst experience ever in my life. Staff was impolite I asked for late chck out in night to the night manger he denied as he said they are sold out but when i checked online rooms were available. I had to pay full night charge and extend the room. Worst hospitality i have ever seen in my life."
