"Just to keep things in perspective, the issues I had seemed to be temporary due to construction but none the less what I experienced. The room was extremely hot. When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. "I had an amazing time at this Ameron property. The room was amazing, the service was excellent and delightful and the staff are top notch. We had an electrical outage and the hotel's staff came to the recue right away to remedy the issue. All around a great experience - I highly recommend staying at this hotel and will absolutely return the next time I visit Zurich. "
