"Didn’t like shuttle transportation process. Hotel shuttle area indicated, but shuttle arrival times not posted, had to use a taxi cab. Also, no way to contact the hotel using US phone number."

"I prefer the Hilton mainly because of the surroundings and beautiful location, bordering nature with hiking trails and still close to the airport. There is always enough parking (but only outside). Dogs are welcome, although for the 40 francs extra charge they could offer something extra (water bowl in the room, treats, dog blanket... whatever)."

"Great location literally 10 minutes bus ride from the airport. There’s a Lidl, Migros, Dominos and great bakery virtually next to the hotel as well as other eateries. Very nice continental breakfast to start your day. Front desk staff very helpful as I didn’t realise that Swiss plugs were different to standard EU ones but they had ones that I could borrow. They also sell bus tickets SFR2.80 per journey. Bus stop is outside Migros 5 mins away from hotel. Hotel rooms are large with tea/coffee...
