"Our son and future DIL moved to Rochester, MN recently. They have been feeling a bit homesick and so we brought "home" to them. This home was the perfect setting. We had our oldest son, his wife and daughter and their two dogs stay with my husband and I in the house and our youngest son/DIL who live only a mile away were able to stay in their apartment with their cats at night. "I needed a space for my pregnant daughter, her husband, and their toddler because their furnace died on Christmas Eve. I selected this property because it was reasonably priced and was rated as an "exceptional” property. The space is nice with good access to the Mayo Clinic. However, at the risk of getting a bad renter review, I do not think the property has earned its “exceptional” property rating.First, there were none of the extra’s you usually see at an "exceptional" property. The rental provided a comfortable worry free experience that provided an excellent central point for meeting up with others and providing access to local ammenties and attractions. "

"My daughter and I stayed for 6 days during her visit to the Mayo Clinic. The home is very comfortable and convenient location to the clinic. Bedding and furniture very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!"
