"This property is located on a beautiful lake with lots of space to be down by the water. The house is stocked with lots of things to do both inside and outside. It was extremely relaxing and peaceful. It is a great rental for younger families. Just be aware that this property is NOT good for people who have difficulty with steps. There are lots of retaining walls and a spiral staircase. There is only the one bedroom that is accessible without a lot of stairs and it is the room with the queen bed...

"The Hidden Cottage is so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed, and an ideal location from which to visit our daughter during St Olaf’s Christmasfest. I will definitely hope to stay again at this charming cottage duplex unit. The property is compact, with very steep stairs to the two bedrooms. Something to know, as the stairs were a bit of a worry with my 85 year old father who stayed with us. "

There are several stairs to access the bedroom upstairs but that worked for us. We liked that both bedrooms have their own bathrooms attached and another 2 piece bathroom on the main level.
