"Although some room oversights like a dirty mirror/wall, holes in bed sheets, and a wall corner bump protector thing that was coming undone, our stay here was fantastic! No ice machines on the floors so glad we paid extra for a room with a mini fridge. (Note: no micro in room - there’s a communal one in lobby). Minor grievances BUT the staff is GREAT! Saqoya(?) at the front desk was above and beyond! Clauia and Alicia at the restaurant are super nice! And the bar/kitchen guys (couple of mexican fellas, didnt catch their names, I apologize) were really accommodating! And the room maintenance guys were very helpful (even carried up a new -larger- tv when i was having trouble with the stock tv. Sure, maybe this is a little away from downtown dallas, but the comfortable room and great staff made this well worth it! (Plus downtown places had critter reviews and this place fortunately had none). So yes, come stay here! (And ask for a heater if coming in freezing temp days, they have them available). "
