Zona 10 is vibrant, safe, and convenient (easy airport commute). The apartments are inside the open air shopping mall, that again provides an extra level of security. "Great location for flights, sweet staff! Hardest thing was finding it, no sign, and it looks like a residence. My advice would be to go to the next street down with the gated guarded entrance and ask there. "

"This hotel really should have been advertised as glamping instead. VERY difficult drive / ride to the hotel on a winding dirt road along the edge of the mountain. VERY difficult walk through the property up and down steep cobblestone paths. No heat or AC. The parking is down the road at a local family’s personal house. Breakfast was good but pretty late at 9:00 and the same eggs, plantain, and avocado every day, so some days we skipped breakfast even though it was already paid for. It was...

Short stay in Guatemala

"Our driver Augustine was wonderful! The reception and all staff were very friendly. The decor and hotel itself is modern and beautiful but they are under construction. Our balcony was huge but had no furniture and felt a bit exposed and not private. The sliding balcony door would not close properly which made us feel a bit uneasy but we did not mention this since we were staying Omer night and arrived late. The room itself was comfortable and very clean. I would definitely stay again. "

"My family and I stayed at this hotel for 10 days about a week ago. It was an extremely enjoyable experience. I want to make a special mention of Mr. Javier, who is the Night Shift representative of the hotel at the front desk. We needed a special accommodation for my room and once he knew of our situation he took charge and made the special changes for my family and I. He was very polite and professional. Thank you Javier for being the way you are, you take your job seriously and it is greatly appreciated. "
