"El hotelito es vecino a la iglesia Ermita de Santa Lucía. Excelente ubicación sobre la Alameda Santa Lucía, y a 2 cuadras de Camino Real. La habitación tiene una cama, un gavetero y una mesa de noche. Justo para pasar la noche. Sábanas y almohadas limpias, A/C, y el baño nítido. La atención muy amable, me solucionaron dudas desde el booking y se portaron muy amables. Hasta me abrieron de madrugada que regresé de la boda! "

"Casa de Don Moncho refused to allow us to check in because our bus from Managua arrived late. They left us stranded late at night without a room. I've lodged a complaint with INGUAT (the Guatemalan tourism department) and learned that this hotel IS NOT A LICENSED HOTEL and DOES NOT HAVE THE PERMITS TO OPERATE AS A HOTEL IN ANTIGUA. Now the hotel is keeping my money instead of reimbursing me for the 14 nights they denied me. Tip- there are LOTS of hotels in Antigua, find another one."

"We had quite mixed feelings about our stay here. First of all the fact that you can only check in between 14 and 18 didn’t say in our confirmation email. "We arrived on the day of our booking and the manager of the hotel told us that they don't work with Expedia. I had a text and email confirmation of our booking and he told us that does not matter. He told us his hostel was completely full and did not care to help us at all. They also advertise as having free parking, and when we arrived he told us the hostel does not provide parking. Very bad customer service, completely unorganized and not helpful."

"I was supposed to stay at the Westin with a group but was unable to since I waited too long. This place is 3 to 4 short blocks away. Sara the front desk lady is learning English and likes to practice, which is nice. The rooms were very spacious And more than I thought it would be. Nice hot tub, but didn't swim in the pool. I would definitely recommend this place."
