"We got there early morning, champagne welcome. Sascha at the desk said he would get us to our room early and he did. The breakfast is fantastic, fruits, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt, bacon, multiple breads including GF, fresh juices etc R$99 (about $17).A few of the staff speak english and go the extra yard to help you with any needs you might have whether it's making a reservation for an event at The Roxy or simply suggestions on how to get around. Thank you to Iris and Joseph from the wait sraff. The pool on the 20th floor is a little small (not built for laps) but great for a dips when laying out in the sun. The bartender is also wonderful and attentive. Drinks, wine room service and in room snacks are very affordable and wont break the bank."

"Everything was perfect in the hotel besides one minor issue. The wifi would not work when i would enter my room. So other than that everything was great! Great staff, amazing food at the hotel. I definitely felt safe and secure. Will be coming back !"
