Search B&B in Zona Sul

"Gostamos muito da localização, fácil acesso para o metrô, uber e muita coisa da para fazer a pé, não aconselho ir de carro, não tem vaga e os lugares para estacionar são bem difíceis, usa-se senhas para acessar o quarto que é muito prático, ar condicionado silencioso e eficiente a janela tem um acústico ótimo, o café da manhã é muito bom, mas senti falta de ovos e sucos naturais. Segue algumas sugestões para ficar ainda melhor: Nossa estadia foram de 4 dias no quarto "Leme" e sentimos bastante...

"Location was very hard to find as it is a "B&B" rather than a hotel. We have traveled the world but we found communication was friendly but very limited with proprietor. Nothing was ever said about a breakfast and never saw the rooms or common areas shown in ad. When we left in the morning, no attendant was there. Communal bathroom condition was poor with floor disintegrating. No soap and one towel for two people. AC in the room was marginal. Narrow stairs only access to the rented rooms. Sorry...

"The owner Raul is a very friendly and intelligent guy. He provided a lot of info about the area, such as the botanical garden, the mall and the restaurants etc. The hot water shower was the best I had during my trip in Brazil. His house is located in a very nice neighborhood. It’s easy to walk around and find the way back. "

"La ubicación es buena pero la dueña del sitio no se comportó de manera correcta al cambiarme de habitación supuestamente por un error que ella cometió. La habitación a la que me movió no cumple con los mínimos de me expectativa. No cumple la promesa de valor y uno se expone a pasar dificultades."
