"Nice clean hotel with large, clean rooms and hot water. Near the airport, decent amenities including fridge in the room, air con, TV and large bathroom. Slightly dated and faded condition, pillows a little flat but otherwise comfortable. Towel policy is very strict however, my wife spilt a spot of makeup on the hand towel and they charged her $15 for it. The face flannel had a lot of makeup so the $5 charge for that was reasonable, but $15 for the hand towel seemed excessive."

"I go to this hotel every week because I go to college and it is much easier for me to stay here than to commute from where I live. There is a restaurant next door, and a small store nearby and you can easily order from the food delivery services too. The hotel is basic, but clean, and while you do need to exercise caution in the areas around the hotel, it is the same as any large city. "By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the city of Guatemala. We’ve stayed in 4 different ones nearby and this has exceeded our expectation. The other hotels are nice but the bed was always hard and that’s a big deal breaker. We’d leave hurting from our backs and hips after staying in those hotels. This hotel is beautiful, clean and great service. We had their buffet breakfast which was superb. "
