Search Farmstay in Zitácuaro

"Part of the road to the property is dirt with large rocks and potholes- would be challenging if it rained. The property itself is cute with nice landscaping and exterior. Nice to have parking right at the unit. The unit has a spiral staircase that can be challenging with luggage. WiFi went in and out, seems like we were only able to have 2 devices on it and we were sharing with the neighboring unit. No a/c or heat but they did have blankets for when it got cold at night. There are gaps in the balcony door and some of roof so cold and noises from dogs barking, people outside comes in. Nice to have a shared fridge and kitchen to use along with drinking water available. Hair dryer was available when I asked. Space feels new, still having upgrades such as towel bars put in. If the WiFi was improved and rooms sealed to keep out excess cold/noise I would stay here again. "

"Casa Chicipicas is a cute, well-appointed boutique hotel on the hill overlooking the pueblo of Valle de Bravo. The pool and hot tub are heated (very much appreciated in January), the staff is incredibly helpful, the amenities are very lovely, and the restaurant has a very good breakfast and many standout dishes. When you enter the property, you feel like you are escaping into a private jungle oasis. We will return!"

"The woman/owner checking me in was very nice. She carried my bag downstairs to the room. The room was big, had a stove and refrigerator. And , it had a huge window with a glass that had design on it to prevent seeing through. But, at night she left the light on outside that shines through making it difficult to sleep! The bed was comfortable. There were other rooms, I wonder why she didn’t give me a room that didn’t have a bright light shining into it. When I left at 7:30 in the morning, no one was around."

"What we liked is the cleanliness of the place, easy access with parking well maintained facilities and is convenient for 1 night stay, business stays. What we didn't like is very few people working in the place."
