Muy bien ubicada a 5mins del zocalo y a 9mins del embarcadero todo a pie, la vista al lago de primera, el restaurant aunque con carta limitada muy buen sazón

Nos encanto el hotel , todo muy limpio y bonito , las habitaciones muy comodas, el hotel esta muy cerca del centro y lugares de intetes, el personal muy atento , a cualquier duda o lo que necesites la vista es preciosa desde las habitaciones y del restaurante, te sientes muy agusto en el hotel tiene un area de alberca y esta todo muy tranquilo , tambien cuenta con estacionamiento ,excelente lugar para pasarla bien muy recomendable

Llegamos y aún cuando había solicitado habitaciones juntas por qué estaban menores de edad me querían dar en edificios separados me hicieron pagar 1450 más por darme una habitación que no servía la chimenea no servía el calentador era mucho más pequeña, al día siguiente la señora de aseo en domingo llegó a las 7am con la música a todo volumen afuera del cuarto no Me volvería a quedar ahí

La propiedad es muy bonita y bien cuidada el tema es que cometieron un error dudoso de cobrarme doble que fue resuelto pero en líneas generales el hotel está bien solo que el acceso es por una calle empinada y cuando llueve se toma difícil el no patinar
