"We stayed over a long weekend at the cabin and had a great time. Plenty of area to explore and the creek behind the house was gorgeous. The hot tub was awesome. Inside the cabin was great, beautifully decorated, nice appliances and cabinets etc. The gas fireplace along with the AC unit kept the whole house warm when it was 14 degrees outside. Only downside was the couch, definitely worn out and needs replacing. Also if traveling from Boone to the cabin and there is heavy snow, 4WD or AWD is...

"As advertised. Very spacious and comfortable sleeping for our 10 adults. Winter storm and probably 10 inches of snow that week and though a four-wheel-drive was needed it was easily accessible and ample parking for fairly large vehicles. Hope to return."

"What a beautiful property in the perfect setting. Very clean and well appointed throughout. Everything you could need is provided to include a very nice hot-tub, satellite internet, fireplace, and a grill. There are a few neighbors in the area that are not too close to be an issue. Keep in mind that the property is pretty remote so make sure you bring everything you need for the stay or be prepared to drive 30 minutes to the nearest grocery. "We loved staying at the cabin. It was so peaceful and so comfortable. We loved the area, it is so quiet and beautiful. We loved the loft and the fireplace. The owners were extremely nice and very attentive. Checking in and out was easy and we for sure will be back!"

The fire from the gas logs and the comfortable couches provided a perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. "Melissa the host is amazing!! Super helpful and very easy to reach and communicate with -response time was always super quick!! Cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything we could need/want!! "Came up for a weekend of skiing in Boone and enjoyed this house! Great dining/living area to hang out in. Just wish we could have stayed a little longer!"

"Cain is wonderful in a great location and very spacious. Everything was as advertised everything worked. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water. The views from this property are amazing. Fires in the fireplace every night. We did not have any negative issues even though we were snowed in for 2 days we had an amazing time! Be sure to have 4/all wheel during snow season.
