I spent so much time at the bar Andy and Joy became friends, Carter is a great manager at the bar. BUT, it would be awesome if there could be a Yati Happy Hour at the bar! Audrey the front desk manager has a great team. I hope the management realizes that the 5 star rating they get is because of the workers they have at the front desk. "

"The room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent with so many choices. The location is super convenient, only 10 minutes walk to train station. Highly recommended! "

"Though no smoking allowed inside the facility but people can be seen smoking nearly at anytime in front within 3ft distance of the entrances. Cigarette butts can be found everywhere. People inside the lobby are suffering from second smoking even within 40ft when doors are opened and wind blows in. However, no hotel staff seems care of the situation and non-smoking policy becomes just a joke. Should an enforcement of non-smoking on the property be implemented? "

"Only stayed for one night with a friend as we had a flight transfer. (Location is very convenient) My friend forgot her sweater and the hotel staff was very nice, they helped her locate it and we got it back."
