"Guest services was very friendly and helpful. Room exceeded our expectations with really comfortable bed, thoughtfully laid out, excellent rain shower and nice bathroom. "My family and I always enjoy staying at the Hesperia in Bilbao. The staff are friendly, it’s clean and safe. The Hesperia is located near Old Town and the Guggenheim, with tons of great restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and parks. The train is across the bridge as well making it an ideal location to stay."
