"This stay was the worst part about my trip to Zanzibar. I had to book it last minute because my original hotel reservation was randomly cancelled. I did not want to stay in a hostel, but it was my only option, and it was worse than I imagined. I have stayed in plenty of hostels in other countries, but this one was unimaginable. "Looks nothing like the photos. Pool was dirty and the girl "running" the reception was so uninterested in anything and barely smiled once. Was empty most of my stay and not comfortable for a single female traveller. Breakfast was not good, was just fruit and an egg. I wasn't able to fully open the door of my room because there was an extra bed in there that was supposed to be removed, but was not. Ashtrays around the pool looked like they had not been emptied for a month."

"It is a Hostel I get it that why I book a single room with view on the garden 1 tree over dilapidated roof top is not a garden no curtain in the bathroom with. View on other room no AC which is needed in stone town no thank you check out within the hour and eas told they would not refund the person e who check me in did not know where the pharmacies was and did not try to find out the WiFi did not work in the room"

"Accueil horrible, aucune sympathie, pas de fenêtres dans la chambre!!! Réservation pas pris en compte donc on a du payer deux fois c'est une arnaque complète, sol salé, prise ne fonctionne pas, moustiquaire trouée de partout donc inutile, odeur bizarre humidité, petit déjeuner horrible, attendu 1h pour voir un responsable pour la réservation. À fuire!!!!"

"Vi hade lite svårt att hitta hotellet och var tveksamma när vi väl kom rätt. Men när vi väl kom in så var det fantastiskt. Bra rum, perfekt läge på stranden och helt fantastisk personal. Vi ville komma tillbaka till detta hotell men det var fullbokat"
