"Great stay when booking on line for cheaper price. Very clean, decent rooms for price nice and cool even with out AC, good breakfast considering price with great roof top view of mountain. Only issue is hot water some times did work and wifi was super spotty working only 10% of time if you can connect. "

"Excellent value for price. Stayed with wife and two kids. All enjoyed. It was a fun experience. It is a hostel so keep that in mind, but clean, very friendly, and food was really tasty. Would stay there again."

"This place is not a backpackers hostel. Its in the middle of nowhere. 50min walk along muddy roads to town. I received 1 meal (excluding black coffee and plain bread for breakfast) in 4 days. As soon as they realise you are not buying a tour, they don't care. No toilet paper, soap. Nobody spoke English to ask anything."

"This stay was the worst part about my trip to Zanzibar. I had to book it last minute because my original hotel reservation was randomly cancelled. I did not want to stay in a hostel, but it was my only option, and it was worse than I imagined. I have stayed in plenty of hostels in other countries, but this one was unimaginable. The water did not run - the electricity went out - the host did not know I was coming and took a mattress out of the room I stayed in. There were not enough sheets or any...
