"I loved this hotel so much, it was really a great surprise! The location is perfect; you are within walking minutes of Zaandam station. The station is around 25min away from Schipol Airport and 20min to Amsterdam Centraal station, so it's a perfect alternative in terms of hotel instead of paying double price for a hotel in Amsterdam. You are also not too far away from the Zaanse Chans Windmills, you can take bus 69 to go there directly. The room is very specious (we had the TASTE Deluxe room) and we really liked the cheese theme wall of our bedroom. The room is clean and well maintained by the staff. The reception staff was also friendly. Overall, I am so glad I choose this hotel for its convenience and value for money. Also, you will see a lot of people taking pictures of it from the outside as it is very peculiar and the 'image' of Zaandam's architecture. 10/10!"

"This hotel was a lovely place to stay and was convenient for walking to most attractions. It’s only a 20 minute walk from Amsterdam Central and 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop. From the moment we checked in, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel room was a great size for three travellers. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. When they realised it was my birthday, they went above and beyond to make it feel special. We were given complimentary breakfast, a bottle of cava and there were chocolates and balloons put in our room. These were lovely gestures. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we have another trip to Amsterdam. "
