"the views, the food the hotel.. What is not to like"

"We wanted a therme hotel where you can swim thru from inside to outside due to construction at hotel it was not possible. We only used it twice the entire week we stayed there. Would not recommend hotel while under construction."

"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "Very disappointed! Be careful when you book. The description on the website is not accurate. There is no mini bar or tea/coffee making facilities. If you require a drink you need to go to the bar. The hotel although there are certain improvements is very outdated. I suppose it sells well because of its location."
