"Fantastic hotel. We stayed in an executive suite and had use of the exec lounge for breakfast and also comp afternoon tea and evening drinks. Really easy to use the MTR to get around as station about 300m away! Slow check in however and would be good if they could provide a means to refill water bottles/flasks as water is no longer provided in rooms. Would recommend though."

"rooms are too small and your offer of no welcome gift to arrival even just a bottle of water - you have no coffee tea milk just 2 cups but where is the spoons do we use our fingers?? TV no movie channels for westerners."

"Free shuttle from airport its only 5mins ride. Reception was efficient and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. No covenience stores in the hotel just a few bar/restaurants. Perfect hotel if you arrive late at night with connection following day."
