"Hotel had a great location, about two blocks from plaza de Armas and near lots of restaurants and cafés. Staff is beyond excellent, always willing to help and making you feel welcomed. The room was beautiful overlooking the city and part of the cathedral ( just make sure to book in the new part of the hotel to get a room with a view).
