"The owners Miku-san and Kota-San did a fantastic job building and furnishing the glamping villas. Truly a luxurious experience and fully decked out with unique one of a kind furniture pieces from travels. The staff is very considerate and kind they made the experience very enjoyable and wholesome. "Very quick and kind service when checked in. They showed us to our rooms and offered to help with our bags. Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Great hotel and experience staying with them. "

Awesome service

"Great service and great location! The staff were always helpful. We traveled with our 1 year old and had a lot of luggage. The hotel staff received our luggage via shipping prior to our arrival since we were traveling through different cities before arriving in Sapporo. The room was clean and had a beautiful view over the city. "
