The customer service was beyond my expectations and the food was fabulous, especially at the Different Pointe of View restaurant (where I got engaged, thank you waitstaff for making the experience incredible)!!! Also, the resort was situated in an ideal part of Pheonix, allowing us to venture off into the city to explore. Highly recommend! "

"The pools and water park were excellent. We were worried about it being too cold in January, but all the water features and pools were perfectly heated just enough to be comfortable. The mini golf and pool volleyball was great. We had a blast. Thank you! "

"This was our 2nd year staying here for the 49er/Cardinal game and the suite fits our family needs. There is plenty of sleeping room and having another sink outside the bathroom was the best feature since we have 3 granddaughter!!"
