"Physical facility was fine; especially nice was the huge heat-pump unit in the bedroom which cleared away morning chill quickly in the mornings (outside got near freezing, nights). Parking was tight: only unit A (of A/B/C/D) had in-yard area, rest of us had to hope for street parking, which parked right up nights. The kitchen lacked any measuring cups, and the many knives were all hopelesslly dull, with no sharpening means. Also, the host stopped responding to text messages after the first night...

"Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response."

"The rental was very nice. It seems like a good place to relax but we were busy visiting family every day so we did not have much time to just hang out. The home has easy access to the Phoenix area and the mountains. Next time we stay, I plan to dedicate at least a day to relaxing at the property."
