"I will make Springhill Suites my new forever Phoenix home away from home. i go there on business often and am so glad i found this gem. safe neighborhood, close to major freeways, impeccable detail to cleanliness, amazing bed and pillows and i really appreciated the large desk, way above a standard hotel desk. breakfast is a mix of mainly hot but also cold options. juices, fresh cage-free eggs, quiche, every day a different breakfast sausage or bacon. and fresh hot coffee available ALL DAY! can't say enough."

"From the moment of check in for the room, every single staff member I had interacted with was absolutely amazing! Donald, at the water park, so extremely helpful and very informative. David A. Over st the hole in the wall restaurant made our dinner one of the best dinners we’ve had. It was filled with so much laughter! I can’t wait for my next phoenix trip so I can book another stay at this hotel! I mean it 100%, every single staff member was absolutely wonderful and I feel like they all went above and beyond!"

"The hotel was beautiful and very clean and peaceful. Negative issues with parking - free parking was about 2-3 blocks away. Downtown Phoenix is not a safe place to be walking at night, especially for parking. Valet parking was $42 a night. You really need to add that note to your website for this hotel."

"Loved all the different pools areas scattered through out the property. The bed was very comfortable and room was so quiet. Great service from check in to maid service and everyone else. Enjoyed the poolside food and drink service. Would definitely stay here again."
