"The Villa is real beautiful. We like the layout of the house. The infinity pool is a plus since we used it every time coming back to the house after our excursions😀. One problem during our stay was the sewage in one of the bedroom. The smell was unbearable. "There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. "The hotel was nice, and the room was also pretty nice, but what you can't possibly understand from the photos is how incredibly busy this place is, the level of noise and constant activity is absolutely tiring. This building has more than 10 elevators and yet there almost impossible to get, and if you do, they're always packed, weather there going up or down. Very frustrating, and your not allowed to take the stairs, if you wanted to of course. Obviously not an option if you're on a higher...

"It was a wonderful experience in Nha Trang. The resort was fantastic, pools and beach was great. Their white sand beach was a paradise, the mos beautiful beach in Nha Trang. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. You had endless options to choose, very rich buffet with tropical fruits, juices and smoothies. The city was 7 km away, but there were a shuttle bus although we used taxis all the time (it costs from 3€ -5€). For extra charge they did decorate our room, for my birthday and they did a great job. I loved it. Overall a super experience in Nga trang. "
