"The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious. "We had a lovely stay at this amazing resort with such friendly and attentive staff. There was an impressive large variety of food available for breakfast. "Good location, nice breakfast. What is disappointing is the add on day, and the way treated. Went out of room to come back and key was disactivated no access to room, situation corrected. When I checked out early, they were giving me run around about a missing laundry bag, completely ridiculous, and going on about..finally told them to check top shelf of closet, found 1 laundry bag! Sorry she is short! It s pretty ridiculous.."

"Clean Property, Delicious Food, but too loud!! Our kids loved the kids club and swimming. The pools were well maintained and the food was amazing! Some of the extra entertainment options like the mini-golf and the basketball courts needed improvement/ repair. The beach access was incredible! However, be prepared for no/little sleep. The outdoor dance show blasts music until late, and then the indoor night club blasts the music from the first floor until early morning hours. It doesn’t matter...
