"Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. "smoky smelling saturated in room with poor conditioning, sometime sultry it surprised friend and I when we just checked in, a male staff try to enter room without knocking the door asking for room cleaning with no prior request for that don't know why the lighting in front door keep on flashing yet, cleanliness is good"
