"We had a clean room with all the basic amenities. The front desk and bellman services were excellent. They provided an electric electrical adapter for the unusual Hong Kong AC outlets. They assisted with both taxi and rideshare needs and allowed us to drop our luggage off at 8 AM so we could enjoy our day before the 3 PM check-in. We were also able to check in an hour early.
