"The hotel was great. It was a little tough getting our a/c working for us as it said the room was “unoccupied” on the control so would not cool. We had to ask the desk to adjust it twice. Had to do a 2nd request for bed sheet change (due to sweaty nights) after we asked in the morning when we left and came back to not done. It the hotel was upgraded and very nice and would stay there and recommend it to others "

"Great new hotel, air conditioner works great. Can walk to everything easily including all Reef tours departing Cairns. Heaps of dining options nearby."
