He allowed us to check in early after an overnight train and sorted our onward bus for us. We also hired a motorbike for the day which was very convenient - he sorted everything. "I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there.
