"Great location for Nara main attractions. Easy to find restaurants, next to a market, short walk to Nara Park. The place is new, easy to find and easy to use in general. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward. "Not only was the property clean, easy to locate, walkable and quiet but the lady who runs the hotel is an absolute sweetheart. The breakfast she made us was better than a lot of the food I was eating at restaurants. I would recommend this stay to anyone. "

"飛行機の関係でチェクイン時間に間に合わない旨を事前に連絡したところ、丁寧に返信いただき、夜9時頃チェックインの対応をしてくださいました。チェックインのときも部屋の場所やトイレお風呂の場所と使い方をとても丁寧に教えてくださいました。部屋も一人にしては大きく、他の部屋も近くなかったので快適に過ごせました。和室に泊まったのですが、同じ日の宿泊の人がかなり夜中にドスドスと帰ってきたので、足音などに敏感な方は目が覚めるかもしれないです。今回は、素泊まりでしたが、次回はモーニング付きで泊まってみたいです。民泊初めてでドキドキでしたが、街路樹さんが初めてで良かったです！"

"We stayed for only one night in the private room. The room has more a homey than modern feel and that suits us fine. It is reasonably roomy as it has a sitting area with a small sofa and a single lounge chair. The beds are also comfortable. The location is great and very close to the Kintetsu Nara train station. We'll definitely consider staying there next time if we visit Nara again."

"I wish I could stay in this hotel every night of my trip to Japan. Rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable and the amenities were spectacular. Dinner buffet was delicious. Short 10 minute walk to the train station. "

"Sugoi!! Having travelled to Japan six times now, and stayed in practically every type of accommodation from family ryokans, hostels, business hotels and big “western” style hotels…this by far has been the best. Why? The amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The room design has a nice traditional twist for a modern hotel. Would recommend a lake view room too (great for people watching and having a little deck in a hotel in Japan is unheard of). Highly recommend. "
