"Very quiet and safe area. Shuttle bus to and from Kawaguchiko Eli. Views from my room are gorgeous. Was able to experience Mt. Fuji for my entire stay. The staff were super helpful, kind and polite. Will encourage people to book their stay here. "

"Hotel was well kept, very spacious for a Japanese hotel, fantastic view of Mt Fuji, very good breakfast, free shuttle to train stations and very helpful/friendly/professional staff. Our only small negative comment is in regard to the older shuttle driver. He became known as “Grumpy-san” to our family. We are able to converse in basic Japanese, but he would only grunt at us and other riders even when greeting him. Also, he was not very shy about laying on the shuttle horn at tourist which was surprising. Overall Hotel Regina Kawaguchi was a great place to stay and is recommended. "

"Amazing views of mount fuji! Only recommendation is to make dinner reservations in advance since there is not food available if you don’t have a reservation and there is nothing near the hotel."
