"Beautiful new (one year old) hotel. Many other waterfront hotels are not aging well. Well maintained. Helpful friendly staff. Room service by request or towel renewal only by request. Excellent AC but need to request day/night changes. Lots of lounges around two pools and docks over water. Good restaurant but music was very loud for dinner ambience. 30 minute walk or inexpensive taxi to town center. SUGGESTION: need a water refill unit (at reception) to reduce plastic bottle usage. "

"Loved everything about this place. Peace and quiet. Great service. You can get picked up on their dock for great private boat tours. Good was delicious. We went from Cancun to Bacalar in the Mayan Train and the hotel helped us with the transportation from and to the train station. I also recommend the mayan train."
