"I like that is a very unique setup. Almost like your own weekend home in the area. Each room is isolated and private while still within a gated area. Staff is amazing and committed to service. I did not like that rooms are not maintained properly. Seems to me a senior management savings policy issue... My shower drain was not draining properly so water started to run into the bedroom area. Not fun to have to take short showers if you want to avoid drying the floor... The safe had no battery so,...

"Las sabanas estaban sucias y pedimos que las cambiaran. Fue alguien de servicio a ver el cuarto pero no las cambiaron en el momento. Salimos del hotel y cuando regresamos habían dejado unos calcetines de alguien más en la mesa de noche. Aparte tienen un reglamento muy raro donde entre otras cosas no permiten tener bebidas en la habitación."

"The property was very beautiful. It is a cute quaint boutique hotel. The family that owns and runs the hotel are very friendly! The grounds are very well kept with beautiful flowers, trees, pools and many relaxing spots to hang out. Our bartender made us a wonderful margarita and we sat in the country themed bar one evening enjoying the beautiful lights. We ordered some food and everything was delicious. "La atención del hotel fue buena, el personal fue atento, los jardines están muy bonitos y la alberca limpia y agradable. En la habitación que nos tocó no había aire acondicionado, había ventilador, pero aún así se sentía mucho calor.
